There are lots of things that I could learn from the various leadership views of J. Richard Hackman who is one of the geniuses in the topic. The most important thing about working in a group that I learned from his teaching is that when we are in a team it should be not about the vision of a single individual rather it should be about a collaborative vision, to fulfill which every team members put the equal effort.
